With more than 3,000 shows under its belt since it was set up, promotions organised by The Project bring in more than 300,000 spectators every year.

The Project is responsible for some of the most important festivals held in Barcelona including the Barcelona International Jazz Festival, celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2008; the Barcelona Guitar Festival, of which nearly 20 have been organised to date; Gospel Greats, which was first held in 1999; along with other more recent festivals such as the B-Estival Festival of Rhythm at the Poble Espanyol and the De Cajón! Flamenco festival.

Highlights among special productions include shows such as Serrat Sinfónico at the Palau Sant Jordi, Neruda en el Corazón at Forum Barcelona 2004, the TV3 20th anniversary party, the 10th anniversary concert to mark the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the early Cirque du Soleil shows and the Loungta and Triptyk shows by Théâtre Zingaro.




As regards presentations, conferences and corporate events, highlights include The Project’s involvement in IBM’s World Convention; El Periódico’s 25th anniversary celebrations; the official launches of the Volkswagen Polo, the Toyota Yaris and the Audi A6; the Antonio Asensio Awards for Journalism; the World Veterinary Conference in Granada; the Barcelona Dentistry Conference; Grupo Zeta’s 30th Anniversary celebrations; and the Laureus World Sports Awards.

The Project has also promoted concerts by such renowned artists as Alejandro Sanz, Maná, Estopa, El Canto del Loco, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Serrat and Sabina.

Each of these events was given its own differentiating factors and was organised with the utmost efficiency.
